A gentle fluid meditation practice in this episode. So if you’re needing to just unwind and breathe without strain or stress, this episode is for you. From there we practice the Orbit Breath, an energy practice that moves the breath through the body along the spinal column, bring prana and light to the entire being. We move on to an open space of meditation following flows and deeper energies, refreshing our entire being with new frequencies of Light.
