We begin this week with the Hawaiian word Ohana, which means family, extended family and groups of caring people coming together. Celebrate the abundance of the harvest and all of Creation as we explore the frequencies of Gratitude and Appreciation as antidotes to anxiety and worry. We practice the Sound that Heals Worry/Anxiety and also learn a simple breathing mantra (So-Ham) to clear and calm the mental body. The Smiling Breath brings joy and clarity.
