Description

Breathe deeply into your heart, right now as you read. The heart generates the body’s most powerful electromagnetic field, 60X more powerful than the brain. You can access this field and create more coherence (translation: peaceful feeling) by using your breath. In this episode we bring together all we’ve been studying with our Sounds that Heal. We recognize the new clarity of our organs and their individual energy fields as a result of this practice. We learn a new breath practice to recognize the differences and similarities between different emotions or qualities such as compassion, kindness, beauty and harmony. By feeling these different states or qualities, we recognize our increasing skill with these subtle energies.
