Keep True is a direction given in way finding when one is supposed to stay the course. In our meditation today, we learn to keep true to our own inner guidance, our inner North Star that guides us in all our activities. We are learning to build out inner senses so we can perceive subtle energies in our reality. By this sensing we expand what it means to be human. It also means we expand reality for all beings. Using rhythmic breathing we also learn about ourselves: the 4 seasons correspond to the parts of the breath and have information for us as practitioners as to where or how we might need to let go, expand, retain or have faith.
