Description

A new breath this week, Retained Breath, invites us to recognize nourishment, enoughness, and vitality. We practice some 4-part breathing, learning what these parts of the breath can teach us about ourselves. A sacred ceremony follows where we journey to a Temple of Light and meet our Soul. We use the light of our sun to create and sustain this sacred space of the temple. A truly special journey to witness the vastness and wonder of who we truly are.
