Notice Soften and Soothe is a new exercise we learn this week to bring us to awareness of how our breath changes during the day. We share an easy technique to quiet the mind and remember important ideas our Inner Being wants to share with us. And we learn a new breath to seal our practice and bring forward the perfect blueprint for our body and being. A light filled meditation to bring gratitude into focus, finishing with vitality and peace.
