This episode marks the end of Season Four of Miriam’s Meditations. I will be on hiatus for the summer. I hope you’ve enjoyed breathing and meditating along with us as we learned together about practice, how breath brings great light into our bodies, our minds and our emotions. It has been a great joy to bring this podcast to life and I thank everyone who listens, downloads and shares this amazing work we’ve been doing together. Have a blessed and beautiful summer.
