Description

Gather your breath and yourself into the light of Stillness. We start with a gentle practice of breath awareness, opening space in the upper body. Grounding into the earth, we venture into the stillness of a quiet lake. We breathe with the trees. We flow in a small canoe, creating gentle ripples on the surface. From there we reach up into the pure Light of Being. Expanding on the flow, we offer the Light to a person or situation in our world. We complete the practice by bringing the Light into the realm of the personality self. Breathe with us!
