Description

In this episode we learn a new sound for our practice, the sound to heal fear. Fear can come into our awareness as a result of old patterns being triggered by something in our outer awareness. Until we are able to recognize and address these outdated patterns that may be operating beneath awareness, we will continue to create opportunities to address them. Those opportunities may not be very comfortable and not based in the truth of who we are now. Through this practice of breath exercises and sounds, we begin to access these unconscious patterns, bring them to awareness and cleanse and clear them. After the breath practice, our meditation brings us to a beautiful Temple of Light where we connect with our our vast, blessed, Light Being, our Soul or Inner Being. Through witnessing the truth of Who We Truly Are, we find our personality level selves able to more clearly perceive truth in our everyday reality. We then can calibrate our reactions to the truth of the situation in which we find ourselves.  Then our offering of the highest, clearest frequencies of our own True Self uplifts our world and those around us.
