With a passion for supporting others and helping clients through tough times, Amy has always wanted to do it differently so she has built a wonderful team and two locations to make that happen! Both Amy and her team cater to you as an individual, so you can be assured that when you reach out to us, you are well taken care of every single step of the way through your mental health journey.

Whether you prefer sessions in the comfort of your own home through video chat, in office, or out in the community, we are here to support you.
Amy has also recognized that schedules are often a barrier for seeking a Counsellor, but don’t worry! With Interactive Counselling you can come during the day, evening or even weekends.
