Shelby Bouchard is a born and raised Okanagan resident. Vernon is his home, and he is a Realtor® with Shelby Bouchard-RE/MAX Vernon. Shelby is a "new school" realtor with a focus on consultancy rather than salesmanship. His goal is to humanize the real estate process, and use the art of effective communication and storytelling to prepare and present offers for his clients.
He is also the co-host of the Vernon based Small Town Wealth podcast, where he and his partner David Scarlatescu aim to interview the game changers of the Okanagan, thus creating a bridge between small town communities and big city ideas. In his spare time, Shelby is an avid Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and instructor, and a lover of all things basketball.
