This is totally normal. We've all got inner saboteurs, aspects of ourself that don't want to feel better or be amazing.

So, you've gotta push back to make it all the way to the next elevation.

You have to figure out how to actively experience what it feels like to be the new you, and how to maintain this next level until your brain, your energetic body, your emotions, and your neurology buy in fully and make this new level habitual.
