Initially, Jan had some doubts about the usefulness of low-code development, but his journey into the world of low-code began seven years ago when he became curious about how it could speed up the development process. After brief experiences with ServiceNow and OutSystems, Jan eventually found a home with Mendix.
He attributes his success to the encouraging and proactive Mendix community, as well as the capabilities of the technology itself. Jan also introduces us to his new venture, Maxon Low Code, a Training Agency with a special focus on training and certifying Mendix Developers for the Polish market.
Looking ahead, Jan shares his ambitions for the future, which include assisting companies in adopting machine learning tools with Mendix, and envisioning a thriving Mendix Polish community over the next decade.
