Micah's journey with Mendix began a decade ago whilst working on a very old web portal which was causing several issues before his CTO at the time discovered Mendix and before he knew it, he was going through Mendix training and hasn’t looked back since.
During our conversation, Micah reflects on the growth his witnessed in the Mendix Community in the United States since he started. He also talks about how he has expanded his own team by hiring both experienced Mendix Developers and traditional developers. He believes that those with a background in coding can become incredibly talented Mendix Developers.
