Hannah Cobb is the Director of Clinical Services at Alsana, an eating disorder treatment center in Thousand Oaks, CA. In this episode we dive into her daily life in the treatment center and the process in which clients go through in healing their anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, or ARFID. In addition, we debunk the common view of “body dysmorphia”, we explore the importance of discovering the benefit of eating disorders, and in turn find other avenues in which people can experience those benefits in different areas of their life.
