Today's episode we're talking about some of the less popular senses. There's a big myth that we have 5 or maybe a sixth sense but we have many more senses that help us shape our understanding of the world around us and shape our experience in the world.

So, we're talking about three of our senses that help us to understand our internal and external environments and what's going on in our bodies, with our bodies and around our bodies.

This communication is incredibly important to managing your state of being, emotions, thoughts, and stress, so when that communication isn’t acknowledged or processed we run into some problems!
