Today's episode falls just after Christmas day and I want to talk about how the holidays can be really stressful, even after the fact.
There are expectations that this be the "most wonderful time of year" and that's a lot of pressure for a time of year that is already dark and grey in some of the northern hemisphere.
Where three is a lot of pressure to be happy and get all the gifts and fulfill traditions and see family and deal with relationships that can be ignored the rest of the year.
The holidays bring up a lot of feels for a lot of folks and whatever that is for you it's ok.
