Today we're talking about the idea that many of us have at one point or another that we are fundamentally broken or damaged by the experiences we've had in life and trauma we've survived.
I'm here to tell you that you're not alone and your reactions and responses aren't very different from many other people. Human beings have patterns around how our psychology and physiology respond to things.
I truly believe that the more we understand how we work as human beings the less we have to carry the blame or shame. This in no way absolves us from responsibility, that lies on each of us to take action and make the changes, but until we are aware and have an understanding of the what and how, our ability to make changes is limited.
Give it a listen.
