Hello friends! Today's episode we are talking about challenges. How to give yourself challenges so that when life brings them your way you have more practice, strength, and resilience built up to face whatever life throws at you.
From cold showers to ultra marathons to sitting still in silence with yourself. It's up to you to find the thing that challenges you the way you need it to in that moment in that day.
That old saying "if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you" is very true. If you're not being challenged you're not growing. If you're not growing you are degrading, deteriorating, regressing... you get the point.
You have to challenge your brain for it to become stronger and faster and more resilient and the same goes for your body.
Those things make up who you are in this life .... so I challenge you to challenge you.
