Today we're doing a little reflection on my mindset over the years and how my adventures hiking this past weekend prompted some awareness around the idea of challenging myself.
You may have heard me talking about how beneficial it is to challenge yourself to help build resilience and achieve the goals you might have set out to accomplish. I am a big fan of challenging one's self.
This weekend I found that it's a good practice to evaluate the areas we choose to accept challenge and get curious around those. Where can we challenge ourselves more?
Another piece to this episode is the practice of getting out of your head and enjoying the world around you. We are so often caught in imaginary scenarios that don't exist anywhere but our imagination that we end up missing some really cool shit.
