Today's episode was inspired by a friend who reminded me of the big picture of my work when they said "I don't have to keep living like this" with the realization that there is a choice we can all make to learn new tools and ways of being in this world and interacting with it and with ourselves.

This was something I learned and my big aha moment. It is my mission now to tell as many people as possible that you don't have to continue living stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, dreading life and trying not to drown in it.

The changes are there to be made and they're pretty simple: pay attention to your brain,  body, and breath.... and your environment too.

Simple does not by any means easy. This is hard work but you're worth it and living in a life that you actually enjoy is worth it.
