Hello there!

Today we're talking about how little things add up big time. When we're looking to make changes we'll actually have to make some changes to the way we're thinking and living. I know, it's a wild idea when we're told all the time that there are magic pills and overnight successes and such. I'm here to tell you that doesn't exist. It's about the consistent small steps that add up.

Real changes take time and they happen slowly with consistent effort. It's one of those things that is simple when you look at the equation consistency + time = results... but we like to complicate things with those pesky expectations and inner critic, judge and all the other nonsense.
