Today we're talking about investing in yourself. That means your time, your energy, and your money. This can be incredibly uncomfortable when we've made a habit of ignoring and neglecting ourselves.
This came up for me and I started to think about how we make the shift to investing in ourselves, our wellbeing, into creating the person we want to be and living a life we actually enjoy.
This idea of putting yourself first as a woman and investing in yourself to create the version of yourself and your life that you want to be living isn't something that we hear overwhelming support for. (Historically, traditionally, generally speaking)
When you are the glue holding your world together, what happens when you decide you come first? Well, my friend, the true answer is that you will start to say yes to the things that serve you and no to the ones that don't. Ultimately you will have more energy and space to show up as the most fulfilled version of yourself for the people you want to be pouring into.
I've got some questions for you to reflect on and a challenge for you.
