In today's episode we're talking your brain and stress, it all starts in the brain.

The brain has 2 very important jobs that come before all else: #1 survival and #2 efficiency. Because of this your brain makes habits and patterns out of everything including how you move, how you think, how you breathe, how you react, and decisions you make.

Unless we're paying attention and  being really intentional about what is in front of us in each moment and how we want to navigate that, which is much harder than you might think, you're running on autopilot.

This includes your stress response, and when your stress response is stuck on red alert it affects how your brain works and which parts you have access to!

Stress can change the size, shape, and function of your brain regions... the good news is that so can you...

Get in there and give it a listen!
