Your body is the key to managing your stress, it's what holds your stress and processes your stress... it is one of the most powerful tools you have.
Your body is constantly in communication with your brain through your endocrine, immune and nervous systems and we know that no system works alone and your stress response system is no exception.
If you want to use the resources stress is giving your body you have to move.
If you want to process the stress and tension in your body you have to move.
If you want to speak your body's language and learn to listen you have to move and pay attention to how you feel.
