Today's episode builds on the first 6 parts of this mini series where we have covered all things stress along with the brain, body, and breath as tools, now we're looking at resilience.

The definition of resilience is for something to return to it's original state. When I think about the original state of human beings we are naturally confident and curious and persistent when we are first learning to walk and talk and navigate life.

Somewhere along the way we learn to doubt ourselves and limit our belief in what we're capable of.

Resilience is a practice, it requires learning and cultivating behaviors, thought patterns, and actions that anyone can learn and develop, it's not something that some people have and others don't.

Resilience is a skill and needs to be practiced to be useful...

Give it a listen for more!
