Food is information for your body to rebuild and repair and manage the stress of life, what we eat is giving specific instructions to our systems on how to work.

Along with being the building blocks that make us food is also something we have a relationship with depending on how we have been socialized around food. What does it mean culturally, or within your family?

What messages, expectations, judgements, or memories do you hold around food?
