This my friends is part 11 of this 10 part mini series because 10 just wasn’t enough to cover everything we needed to just to touch on the fundamentals of the work I do with BBR.

Our habits create us, it’s not the things that we do once in a while that shape our lives, but the things we do most often that create us, our perceptions, our health, and how we respond to stress.
You may not even be aware of what your habits are, this is because about 95% of what we do by the time we reach our mid thirties is done by habit, just running around on autopilot and subconscious programming from previous habits that we’ve created.
