Today's episode is the first one of the new year and I wanted to talk about creating space. There are so many messages around this time of year about new starts, new you, new diet, new workout, new habits etc...
If we don't know where we're at and how we got here we don't have a starting point to work from, so I offer the idea of creating space, giving yourself that pause to assess, reflect, and set intention for the coming day, week, month, and year.
Our power lies in the pause, the space between a stimulus and reaction is that pause where we get to choose to respond, choose our thoughts, choose our behaviours and these things are what create your life.
