It's that time of year again! I am a big fan of the holidays and Thanksgiving is one of my favorites for the food and the family and the giving thanks for all we have.
There are other considerations to be made on Thanksgiving, like the history there, I share a tid bit about the first Thanksgiving in this episode. I took some info from this article by The Zin Education Project for reference. Check that out.
This year we also have pandemic considerations when making our plans and as always we've got food. Lots of food, probably too much, but I'm grateful for that and for the evolution of my relationship with food that allows me to now enjoy all of the goods without guilt and shame and I share a little of that journey with you.
