What's the point in all the self-help and personal development things?

What are we really trying to do? Are we trying to fix what we see to be wrong so we can be right?

That's a real question for you to ponder, but until then maybe we explore setting a foundation with healing and getting curious about who we are to begin with and what we want.

What do we want in life? To  feel better?

Life gets better when we feel better, when we treat ourselves with kindness and compassion we create the capacity to give those things to others but not until we know what that feels like can we extend it to others. 

What happens when we start to live with intention and create space for what we do want?
