Today we're talking about the work it takes to build your best life, but first we have to talk about the work it takes to get out of survival mode because we can't live our best lives in survival mode.

Many of us are walking around in a constant state of threat, ready to boil over and melt down at any moment because we're carrying the weight of the whole world around.

Part of doing the work is the practice of focusing our attention and energy on what is needed now, what is within our control to navigate and manage.

Once we take responsibility for ourselves, our choices, the way we care for ourselves we can begin to shape and create our experience.

Yes, this means you will have to actually do the work. You will have to take action and it will be uncomfortable  and hard and exhausting and messy in parts, and you're worth the effort.

Life is better when we feel better, so what are you doing to feel better?
