Today's episode we're gong to expand on an idea of connecting to the parts of ourselves that we avoid.

Generally, connection to things that don't feel good... well, it doesn't feel good so we avoid it or put something in it's place.

In the case of shame we've got judgement, the amount of judgement you hold is equal to the shame you hold within.

If the answer is exploring and getting curious about our shame and judgement we have to get close to it, we have to recognize that it exists and this is super uncomfortable so your nervous system is going to shut that down with quickness.

So how do we get curious when we start feeling judgy? Give it a listen for more!
