Today we're talking about the difference between showing up for your responsibilities at work, home, school, etc... and showing up for yourself.
A big part of adulting is learning to care for yourself, to learn the things we weren't taught in school or home growing up.
In the end you are YOUR responsibility. That means learning to grow, heal, regulate, rest, and do all of the other things that require your energy and attention to live this life.
Out of all of the things that need your attention, you are the most important, but most likely the last on your list.
