This week's episode was inspired by a couple of shit days I've had recently, I was sitting in my pity pool and having a whole time resisting what was actually happening because it's not what I wanted right then... I know I'm not alone here.   

When we let Inconvenience in our days derail us we can absolutely get back on track, and I don't mean any track that we *should be on, but the track that we're building for how we actually want to be feeling and navigating through the days.

Acceptance and choice are two of the most powerful tools we hav for navigating our days with intention and creating the experience we do want.
