Today's episode I talk a bit more about my reasons for addressing stress and anxiety the way that I do and why I choose to work with people to help them manage these things in their daily lives.
I get into the difficulties I have expressing emotions and how we've been taught to disconnect from our feelings throughout life. Sometimes our survival tools become a way of life and stick around even when we don't need them. In these cases they can cause more harm than good.
