Today's episode is a reminder, I want everyone to know that you’re not alone, you’re not the only one with the worries and intrusive thoughts.
You’re not the only one burnt out from stress and anxiety, the goal isn’t to get rid of these natural responses, it’s to have a better relationship with them, to navigate our physiology, to be intentional about our participation in life and how we choose to navigate in our days giving ourselves space to be, to create joy for no reason, to rest, to regulate, to live!
The thing is, if we don’t slow down and allow space for our grieving, stress, trauma, pain, anxiety, whatever symptoms are showing up… time just to rest to process all of the things our nervous system encounters in the day… your body will make that time for you and it’s not going to be convenient… it will be necessary.
