Well hello there,

Today's episode I get into self-talk a bit, the way we talk to and about ourselves is creating a neurological response.  Not only that, but the way we interact with ourselves, others and the world is dependent on how we view ourselves.

It's difficult to manage or control something like stress or anxiety if we don't believe in our ability to do so.

Your image of yourself directs your confidence in your abilities and your ability to manage the stress of daily life.
