Welcome to Episode 5 where we finish what we started in our last episode by unpacking how the Patriarchy affects women's views on, and relationships with, other women. We delve into why record numbers of White women in America voted for Donald Trump and how the behaviours & beliefs that lead so many women to abandon their gender (among other things) in favour of their race translates into the corporate environment. We discuss the Sisterhood and how to start the process of fixing women's fractured relationships with each other.
