Julie Finnikin is an L&D Specialist who has trained over 2000 employees and leaders throughout her 20 years of learning & development and HR career.

She is an ILM Approved Centre, DiSC Certified Trainer, and CIPD qualified. Her experience of being a disengaged employee and also seeing it from the HR/Exec side means she has a unique understanding of how a business needs to look after its people.
