As Putin invades Ukraine, I spoke with my Ukrainian friend, Taras Matora, who lives with his family in Lutsk. He breaks down the current situation in his village; the airstrike alarms, the bomb shelter he just helped build, the preparation for possible gun battle, (his friend asks him for bullets during our recording), and why he doesn't believe outside military help is the answer.  He also speaks about the importance of retaining joy and invoking a sense of normalcy.
