Episode eighteen– the one about health and fitness
We know! For many people exercise is hard. It hurts, it takes up time, it ruins your make up, makes you hot and sweaty and after a 20 minute run you look worse not better! But we all know the importance of being active, eating well, and sleeping well. In today’s show we share a couple of mental tips that can help you take better care of yourself involving puppies and cars. Who doesn’t love puppies? We highlight the opportunity we have every day to start again, and we talk about the difference between exercise, activity, and movement. Ish talks about banking his workouts and Sacha rues not being fat enough to be a true sex symbol for the ages. We challenge everyone listening to think about the motivations of people trying to sell us stuff and ask the question that prompts some deeper thought, “who taught you to want that?”
