Description

In this episode Matthias and I discuss the key impacts of trauma on our relationships with others and ourselves, attachments types, trigger warnings, and how trauma triggers happen neurologically.  We need to dive deep into the smaller facets of our lives that we over look within our past stories to build something meaningful.
