Prior to Railsbank, Shaul was the UK Government's first Fintech Advisor reporting to HM Treasury where he played a role building the UK Fintech ecosystem, cementing its global leadership position. Earlier in his career, Shaul held various roles within retail banking technology and finance. He is also a basketball junkie.
