After failing the common entrance exam in Jamaica at age 12, Paul's future looked bleak. However, Dr. Hinds learned to fail forward and to grow from each failure.
With a firm faith in God, supportive people along the way and a high level of self-motivation admittedly driven by a fear of failure he was able to achieve his dreams. Doing what it takes to to support his family along the way - sometimes this meant have three jobs, he is in a position now where his focus is paying it forward.
His words of advice are to do what you love, understand your mistakes, your strengths and your weaknesses, know the people who are in your corner and with an unwavering faith in God you can be who you want to be!
