Description

This week Dana reflects on our tendency to glorify the past. However, this inherently diminishes the PRESENT. We spend so much time thinking about the PAST and worrying/hoping for the future that we forget the power of the present. 
 
What can you do NOW? If you think about the “good ole’ days” and want to go back, you are saying you want to DEVOLVE. Even if you aren’t as “healthy”, “fit”, “fun” or “engaged” as you used to be, it doesn’t mean you haven’t evolved. Who you WERE was perfect then. Who you ARE is perfect NOW.
