Wellness has taken on all kinds of interpretations and meanings, though what does it mean when Jesus asks it of us? In John chapter 5 we meet a man who was sick in ways beyond what his body revealed to the world. Tonight we explore what wellness requires of us and what healing can look like spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.
