For the next three weeks we are going to look at the big themes and teaching of Ecclesiastes, led by this mysterious author called the Teacher. Tonight, we examine what it means to call everything “meaningless” and what God asks us to do in place of pursuing things that are not lasting or real – our choice is between an idealistic garden and fake plastic trees.
