In honor of Mother’s Day on Sunday, we explore the way motherhood uniquely illuminates dimensions of God’s character, the way God purposefully chose maternal images , pictures and metaphors to describe and reveal God’s own posture and love for us, dignifying women and moms, and lastly, how healthy expressions of motherhood can provide us a window into God’s heart, enriching our own connection and relationship with God no matter who you are.
