All about the Coupling of an Anxious person and an Avoidant person.

In this first part, I talk about what you need to know from the beginning to be successful + strategies for the Anxious type.

Int he second part (the season finale!), we'll get into strategies for the Avoidant type and what you all need to be able to do together.

If you're in a relationship where you find you and your Person flip-flop styles (you're anxious when they're distant, but distant when they're present) that is a common occurrence. Don't try to "make" yourself identify with just ONE of the roles if you find yourself genuinely in either at different times. 

Remember, Attachment is fluid and shows up differently in us depending on how we are interpreting "threats" (like rejection, abandonment, criticism, and blame) around us.
